The morning of the transfer it was Dennis A. Who started with Hi Karin, can I have a code for the new laptop please? I had been given all the instructions before we began. I could not believe how smooth the transfer went from start to finish! A few issues came up since my old ASUS with the first update of windows 10, was not compatible with my new laptop, but Dennis just kept working his magic informing me through the open chat. The only problem we had was with Microsoft who kept refusing my passwords asking me to change them.
Dennis was persistent and overcame all the bumps on the road. He was responsive and knew what to do when there was an issue. It took many hours to migrate to my new laptop, but it worked like a charm. Many programs with video and music files, plus all passwords and Desktop, were kept in order using the transfer program of EASY ZINSTALL! What blew me away was the politeness Dennis A showed, throughout the many hours he was working to finish the transfer. Would have appreciated user friendly tweeks Dennis A, went beyond his call of duty and I recommend him and the company highly to anyone who is looking for this type of service. Would have appreciated the Windows version comparability test upfront rather than starting the transfer and then having it stop because of windows version differences.
Was transferring from a hard drive I pulled from a dead computer using a hard drive docking station to new computer. Make certain all of the newest security updates are installed and the latest Windows update is all installed. Frustrating to need to restart the transfer program several times until the program accepted the new version of Windows.
